Oil of the Night: Gary’s favorite oil: Highest Potential

This oil has a lot of the oils of the Bible in it, including Frankincense and Sandalwood. It helps you build confidence and release limiting beliefs, and step back from your imperfections. Emotionally, it’s good for apathy, childhood fears, confidence, and focus. It’s uplifting. It helps you process anger and that feeling of getting even, and process negative experiences. It helps bring about positive emotions of self-worth.

Teach a class a week.

Make a list of your runners right now—the people who have sold a kit in the last 12 months. Call them and reconnect. Fill out a Contact Me card and Distributor card for them from the Diamond Rising Deck. Then take them through Unstuck bootcamp. Do it with them.

Start systematically befriending your team. Fill out a Diamond Rising Deck card for every single member and get them to the Core 5 classes. Don’t have a team? Start teaching. Make it your goal that no one on your team pays for their orders, whether they are building a business or not. #friendsoffriends

Stay focused on the things that grow you and the things that slow you down. This is a growth year, if you choose it for yourself and you fight for it.
