Oil of the night: Believe
Believe oil is good to help us get into the mindset that *we* can change our situations. Encourages feelings of strength, helps you relax, uplifts your spirit, soothes and rejuvenates the body, restores confidence and helps with emotional balance. Releases emotions of despair and inadequacy. Brings stability to the emotions by restoring hope and desire. When we’re empowered, we move toward our goals and ambitions.
Homework: Read the introduction, Chapter 1, and Chapter 2 of the Unstuck book
Complete the Unstuck Workbook worksheets for Chapter 1 and 2
Quote of the night: “My life didn’t move because I didn’t let it. I was always overwhelmed because I never released my struggles. I held onto them so tightly I never left any room for God to work. I asked Him why my life was so hard; and He said ‘because you have to do it all yourself.’”
